All services are performed in accordance with NFPA 96 standards and local health and fire codes.

SCHEDULING AND APPOINTMENTS

Service appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We will confirm all appointments via email or text message (if you have opted in to SMS). Customers are responsible for providing access to the service area at the scheduled time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Quotes are provided based on the information you provide about your facility and equipment. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ from the information provided. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
